• Delivery: Delivery time within the UK ranges from 3 to 7 business days. (Monday to Friday)
• Cancellation: We can cancel your order upon request within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, you will need to return the item if you want a refund.
• Returns: To return your package for an exchange or refund, please return it to the provided address and send photographic proof to contact@elena-goods.com. We do not cover the return costs.
